Building a DEI Framework for Your Organization
Many organizations get caught up in how to solve for the “right now” DE&I challenges but fail to think about the long-game and how to sustain their DE&I efforts into the future. This session will explore how to move beyond “right now” thinking and reactive responses to DE&I and help you determine the right-fit strategy, framework, and structures to future-proof your DE&I journey.
