DEI Series - Women's History Month

This dynamic panel of business leaders will discuss various aspects of being a woman in the promotional products industry. Join PPAI in commemorating Women’s History Month. As we celebrate the vital contributions women have made in business and to society at large, this session will also explore and discuss the remarkable and essential responsibilities women have taken on as they successfully balance work and home life.  Moderator, Cindy Tsuji from Image Source Team will be leading the panel that includes Andrea Pereira of Rocket Science Branding, Marcia Tarnoff of Blank2Branded, Taylor Borst of American Solutions for Business, Michelle Chen of Fossa Apparel, and Meg Erber of S&S Activewear.

Cindy Tsuji is a senior account executive with Image Source in Kirkland, Washington, who discovered the promo industry after 20 years in corporate sales. She has a passion and love for hospitality, health care, being of service to others and spreading joy through thoughtfully crafted merchandise experiences. Committed to seeing a more diverse and inclusive promo industry in the future, she is a PromoKitchen volunteer, PPAI DEI Task Force member, and she leads Image Source’s DEI Council. A passionate global traveler and endurance athlete, she has completed a half marathon on all seven continents. If not traveling, running or in a hot yoga studio, she enjoys time with her dog Emi and supporting causes dear to her heart.

Taylor Borst

Head of Communications and Public Relations

Joining the industry in 2015, Taylor Borst is head of communications & public relations for American Solutions for Business. Currently, she’s a contributing writer for PromoCorner, Sous Chef with PromoKitchen, and on the Board of Directors for regional association, Upper Midwest Association of Promotional Professionals.  Additionally, she has served on the PPAI SPARK workgroup and was named a 2019 PPB Rising Star.

Meg Erber of S&S Activewear (PPAI 256121) is a 17 year industry vet and a US Navy veteran. She is also a nerdy news podcast host on the #IndustryInsider, a PromoCares Do-Gooder, a BJJ purple belt and yogi. She is passionate about teaching women’s self defense and empowerment through jiu jitsu, especially to the women of our industry.
