Toy Lead, North America Consume and Retail Services

Jennifer Buoniconti is the Toy Lead for North America at Underwriters Laboratories (UL). She has been with UL (formerly Specialized Technology Resources) for nine years. She spent seven years working for the customer service team managing domestic and global accounts, reviewing technical data and results and providing technical support to the customer service team through interpretation of standards, rules and regulations. Some of her current responsibilities include focusing on further developing toy-related services and innovations, providing commercial technical advice, helping customers define and execute their strategy for compliance, safety and quality testing, and supporting strategic sales goals. She participates on committees such as the ASTM F15.22 subcommittee and engages with industry organizations such as The Toy Association.

Haley Sprague

Account Executive

Haley Sprague is an Account Executive for UL Verification Services focusing primarily on the Premiums and Promotional Products industries. Haley supports new and existing UL clients by developing and enhancing their Quality Assurance Programs. Haley also manages UL's relationship with PPAI and serves as a proactive point of contact for members to provide technical expertise in areas of global compliance, industry standards and brand specifications. Previously, Haley worked in Client Services as a global account manager focusing on promotional products, toys and children's products. Responsibilities included daily management of domestic and global accounts, review of technical data and test results, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and labs. Haley has been with UL (formerly STR) since 2009 and holds a Bachelor's degree from Springfield College in Marketing and Business Management.
