Learn when to involve outside experts or labs and understand the key distinctions between designing new products and evaluating existing ones. Explore why compliance doesn’t always guarantee safety and how to empower your compliance team to make critical decisions, including saying no when necessary.
Lenny Polkakoff
Lenny Polakoff is the executive vice president of Zagwear, a global merchandise and custom premium agency with offices across the United States, London and Hong Kong servicing multinational clients in more than 40 markets. Over the past 20 years, Lenny has developed and implemented Zagwear’s internal product and factory compliance program and currently oversees and ensures adherence to the more than 15 client specific Zagwear programs. Lenny has also played an integral role in the procedural development of several Fortune 500 premium compliance programs. Lenny holds a BA in psychology from Quinnipiac University and is a member of PPAI’s Product Responsibility Action Group.
