Josh Ellis joined PPAI in 2021.  As Publisher and Editor in Chief, Josh oversees PPAI Magazine, the newsletters PPAI Newslink and PromoPro Daily, as well as editorial content across the Association’s digital footprint.     

The 2024  PPAI Hall of Fame inductee, Dave DeGreeff’s 40-plus-year career in the promotional products industry began in the late 1970s as a regional sales manager for Hazel, Inc. In 1984, he launched DCD, a multi-line rep company that he ran for two decades. In 2003, he became president of Asgard/Flagship Promotional Services. Over the next 10 years, he also served as special assistant to the CEO of AIA Corporation and vice president of U.S. markets at Big Bang Corporate Apparel.

Chelsea Williams is Owner & CEO of Spark Branded Solutions, as well the mom to a rambunctious toddler and an adorable infant. (Who says you can't have it all?!) As a sales and marketing expert, she has helped hundreds of companies build their brands by choosing impactful promotional products as part of their marketing strategies. With a background in broadcast journalism and a decade of experience in promo, she's committed to helping customers tell their brand’s story through the power of branded merchandise.

Nadav Raviv, the Senior National Account Executive for GBS Corp was named a PPAI 2023 Rising Star.  When first starting in the industry, Nadav never imagined the heights it would take him.  He says this industry has become more than a career, it’s become a passion.  In addition to GBS Corp, Nadav is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at CJ McLaughlin Racing.  He is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors of Arts in History and Psychology.
