Anthony Gladney serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Department of Social Impact and Sustainability for MGM Resorts International, one of the world's leading

global gaming, hospitality, and entertainment companies. Gladney has day-to-day oversight of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiative for the company, which focuses on the development,

implementation, and programming of a comprehensive DE&I strategy. He is also responsible for enhancing the company relationships with strategic diversity partners at the local, state, and

national levels. He collaborates with other company departments to facilitate external organization resources to fulfill corporate diversity goals while leveraging national relationships to

support company business development.
