Ashlee Baker is a principal and waste diversion specialist at Waste Not Consulting. She brings over ten years of experience in waste diversion for commercial properties. She has a background in working with commercial, retail, and residential properties to develop, implement, and manage sustainable waste and recycling programs that are both environmentally friendly and financially responsible. With a passion for diverting waste from landfills, Ashlee has created and implemented over 150 waste stream management programs with an emphasis on diversion and has completed over 16M square feet of LEED compliant waste audits. She strives to encourage greater consciousness of our individual environmental footprints through education, outreach, and best practices. Ashlee holds a master of science degree in environmental studies from California State University, Fullerton and a B.A. in communications studies from Florida State University.
