Kelli Hoggle (Moderator)
Network Representative, US and Canada
Kelli Hoggle is the Network Representative, USA & Canada for the European business association, amfori – Trade with Purpose. amfori represents over 2,500 member companies from various sectors and their 50k+ factories and farms. Through amfori, member companies improve social and environmental performance throughout their value chains by participating in amfori BSCI and BEPI. Kelli has been with amfori for 7 years and has grown the North American network from under 10 members to now over 150, including the world’s largest retailers.
Previously Kelli worked at WRAP as the Sr. Compliance Manager. She has 10 years’ experience of working with companies to improve social working conditions in their supply chains. Operating in various sectors, Kelli has partnered closely with consumer goods companies, factories, farms, governmental organizations, and service providers with a mission to promote worker wellbeing and environmental sustainability. Kelli resides in Seattle, WA.
Nathan Cotter (Moderator)
Vice President of Supply Chain
Hit Promotional Products, Inc.
Nathan Cotter is the vice president of supply chain at Hit Promotional Products, Inc., ranked among the top 5 promotional product suppliers in the nation. The supply chain division at Hit includes teams that manage purchasing, logistics, custom orders, quality, product safety and compliance, and ethical sourcing throughout a diverse supply chain. Nathan holds a BA from Monmouth College and is a member of PPAI’s Product Responsibility Action Group.
Jennifer Winter (Moderator)
Key Account Manager
Over the last twelve years, Jennifer Winter has helped companies build more effective responsible sourcing programs. Jennifer is a key account manager who provides consultative support for both new and established clients. Jennifer also leads customer onboarding for complex client programs that may have multiple touch points within ELEVATE or have complex monitoring requirements. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the regional manager for the US and Canada at ELEVATE, where she recruited, trained, and mentored the team that successfully delivered thousands of high quality and impactful social and environmental assessments. Prior to joining ELEVATE, Jennifer was the founder and managing director of a US based responsible sourcing, auditing and consulting company that operated across North America. She also spent 8 years in the US Armed Forces as human resources specialist/headquarters detachment administrator. Jennifer has two master’s degrees from the London School of Economics as well as a bachelor’s degree from University Massachusetts-Amherst, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is currently settled in Sacramento, California but is a Massachusetts native and lived as nomad for many years in various other cities, notably Athens, London, Shanghai, New York City, and Kansas City. In her free time, she focuses on her family and practices yoga.
